  1. The sacking of an employee unfairly; under
  2. the terms of the Employment Acts, this means
  3. the unreasonable dismissal of someone who has
  4. been in continuous employment for a period of
  5. two years, i.e. dismissal on grounds not in
  6. accordance with the codes of disciplinary
  7. practice and procedures prepared by ACAS.
